We know how busy athletes’ schedules can be with the many hours of training, practicing and competition events. You may not be able to come into the office due to our location and due to your busy schedule. For this reason, we have the option of us coming to you at your practice gym or field. We can meet before your individual practice or workout and take the needed dental impression. Once the mouthguard is made and ready, we can meet again at your site to try in and set the bite.

**There may be a travel fee of $60 depending on your location in Arizona. The travel fee will be removed for orders of three or more mouthguards, and for three or more athletes at the same time. This fee includes both appointments of impression and fitting when mouthguard is delivered.
